With the BW 270, you are choosing high efficiency. You can tell by its high COP of up to 3.61. Converted to electricity demand, that means 1 kW of electricity is enough to generate 3 kW of heat. The difference of 2 kW is the amount that the heat pump extracts from the ambient air, which reduces your energy consumption.

To save energy in the home, you can also easily use the heat pump together with a gas or oil heating system or a solar system from Bosch.
